Who we are

Data we collect
- From the diagnosis form: the parent or guardian's name, WhatsApp number, your child's form (Form 4 or 5), the subjects chosen, the latest result (if entered), the page the form was sent from and the page language.
- After you contact us and give consent: homework photos the student sends to the Telegram bot, preliminary scores and detected mistakes, class attendance, and our WhatsApp messages.
- From the website: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and clicks on the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons. We do not send your name or phone number to Google Analytics.
- We do not ask for your child's name, IC number or school through the forms on this website.
Why we use your data
- To contact you about the Free SPM Weakness Diagnosis.
- To provide the diagnosis and the 1-page report.
- To run classes, check homework and prepare class mistake summaries.
- To send parents a progress digest every 2 weeks.
- To process payment when you enrol.
- To understand and improve the website (analytics).
Students who are minors
Our students are minors. We only deal with a parent or legal guardian, and we only collect a student's data with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run ChekGu, including: Telegram and WhatsApp (messaging), Zoom (classes), Google Analytics (analytics, if you accept cookies), FormSubmit to deliver diagnosis requests, website hosting (Hostinger), a homework-checking service provider [AI PROVIDER NAME], and a payment provider [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. They only receive the data needed for that service.
Transfers outside Malaysia
